** Update on House Bill 347 **
Dear friends of the arts,
Georgia Music Partners would like to thank all the supporters, sponsors and members that reached out to their legislators in support of HB347.
This bill was introduced as a cleanup bill in order to make the necessary changes to the original bill that would allow it to be successful. Unfortunately, the bill did not make it out of the Georgia House of Representatives by Crossover Day.
GMP will continue our efforts to grow opportunities for music around the state so that we can keep keep pushing forward next legislative session. We are planning events around the state with our partners and supporters.
